November 18th & 19th, Davis Ninth Grade counselors visited World Geography classes to help students review their personalized graduation plans in Schoolinks. 255 students submitted their PGP for approval. Students were asked to consider post-secondary options and review the four-year plan set in 8th grade. Students received information on House Bill 5, which aims to prepare students to enter college and/or the workforce right after high school. Post-secondary goals and personal goals were set by each student. Virtual students will complete the PGP using our “Connect with the Counselor” Schoology Course and by working with a counselor. Our first office hours designated for PGP completion is Dec 4th.
